Justin Hergert

Justin Hergert is an experienced professional in fleet operations and higher education leadership. Currently serving as Fleet Operations Manager at Dodge City Community College since September 2015, Justin oversees the administration of multiple motor coaches and vehicles, while also providing training for bus drivers. Prior experience includes roles as a Residence Hall Director at Missouri State University, assisting with residence hall operations, and an Assistant Director of Residence Life at Dodge City Community College. Justin has a background in athletics as the Head Coach for Men's Club Lacrosse at Colorado State University-Pueblo, and has experience as a truck driver with Seaboard Foods. Justin holds a Master of Science in Higher Educational Leadership Development from the University of North Dakota and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University. An Associate of Science degree in Agriculture was earned at Seward County Community College.
