Kristi Ohlschwager MHRM, SHRM-CP serves as the Assistant Vice President of Administration and Human Resources at Dodge City Community College since July 2018, overseeing critical departments such as Payroll, HR, and the College Bookstore, while managing talent acquisition, succession planning, and union negotiations. Previously, Kristi held the Director of Human Resources position at the same institution, focusing on recruitment and employee retention. Kristi's experience includes serving as a Student Support Services (TRIO) Academic Advisor and Technical Ed Admissions Representative, where support was provided to at-risk college students. Early in Kristi's career, work at the YMCA Children's Center involved assisting in the development of educational programs for children.
