Jim Madsen

Jim Madsen serves as Plant Manager and Manager of Dodge Lifecycle Solutions Business at Dodge Industrial, Inc. since October 2011, overseeing the life cycle of Dodge Mechanical Power Transmission products. Previously, Madsen held various positions at RBC Bearings, including Global Product Manager for Dodge Mounted Spherical Roller Bearings and Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities included plant ramp-up post-recession. At The Timken Company, Madsen led the global Spherical Roller Bearing product line, achieving $130 million in sales across four countries. Madsen’s earlier experience at Torrington included roles as Product Manager and Plant Manager, where significant contributions were made to new manufacturing facility operations and overall product profitability. Madsen's career began as a Project Engineer after earning a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1990.
