At The Timken Company, Madsen led the global Spherical Roller Bearing product line, achieving $130 million in sales across four countries. Madsen’s earlier experience at Torrington included roles as Product Manager and Plant Manager, where significant contributions were made to new manufacturing facility operations and overall product profitability. Madsen's career began as a Project Engineer after earning a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1990.
