Ivo Konderla

Ivo Konderla is an experienced professional in quality and assurance management, currently serving as Group Head of Quality & Assurance at DODO since May 2022. Previously, Ivo held the position of IMS Manager at ALPLA Group from January 2021 to June 2022, and worked as a Quality Engineer at ELI Beamlines, an international laser research center, from January 2020 to January 2021. Ivo's career includes a significant tenure at AGROFERT, a.s., where roles included Group Quality Manager and Quality Manager from November 2012 to January 2019. Ivo's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Fire Protection and Industrial Safety, as well as master's degrees in Fire Protection and Industrial Safety and Safety Engineering, all obtained from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava between 2003 and 2013.
