María Gil Esteban

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in business management and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and was a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
