Kim Wagner

Kim Wagner, SPHR, currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Doggett Equipment Services Group since September 2023, overseeing HR functions within a diversified heavy equipment and automotive dealership based in Houston. With extensive experience, Kim has held the role of HR Manager at Waste Resource Management Inc since October 2018 and previously served as Human Resources Manager at HEB from November 2013 to June 2018, where leadership supported over 700 employees across multiple warehouses. Earlier experience includes leading HR initiatives for 87 locations at Sonic Drive-In, and as an Employee Relations Specialist at Bed Bath & Beyond during a significant growth phase. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Texas State University.
