Tugce Engin Tabanli, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tugce is currently serving as the InvenDO, Corporate Entrepreneurship & Open Innovation Leader at Dogus Yeni Girisimler ve Projeleri since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dogus Teknoloji as the Group Manager, Productization & Corporate Intrapreneurship Office starting from September 2021.

Before joining Dogus Teknoloji, Tugce worked at Turkcell in multiple positions. From March 2019 to September 2021, they served as the Technology Projects & Business Development Manager. In addition to this role, they were a Corporate Trainer in Turkcell Academy from January 2019 to August 2021 and also worked as the Subsidiaries Management and Business Development Manager from December 2017 to March 2019.

Prior to their time at Turkcell, Tugce held the position of Senior Product Manager, New Technologies & Services at Turkcell Global Bilgi from September 2012 to December 2017. Tugce also worked at TUBITAK as an International Business Development Expert from November 2007 to September 2012.

Tugce's earlier experiences include roles at Yazaki Corporation and KVK Teknoloji Urunleri. Tugce was the REFA Engineering Team Leader at Yazaki Corporation from 2005 to 2007 and worked as the Industrial Engineer from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they served as the Business Development & Quality Systems Expert at KVK Teknoloji Urunleri from August 2004 to April 2005.

Tugce Engin Tabanli, PMP has a diverse education history. Tugce obtained their bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 2008, Tugce completed an Executive e-MBA program from the University of Wyoming, where they focused on honing their skills in business management.

In 2019, Tugce further expanded their knowledge by enrolling in a Finance for Non-Finance Professionals program at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. This program allowed their to develop a deep understanding of financial concepts and their practical application in a non-finance setting.

Continuing to enhance their professional capabilities, Tugce obtained additional certifications in various areas. In December 2014, they earned the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from ISTANBUL INSTITUTE, showcasing their expertise and competence in project management. In February 2019, Tugce completed a Design Thinking program offered by the Arnell Group, which provided their with a valuable framework for problem-solving and innovation. Additionally, in February 2020, they acquired a Senior Trainer certification from Marmara Üniversitesi, demonstrating their proficiency in training and facilitating learning experiences. Most recently, in August 2020, Tugce obtained a certification in Digital Product Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, equipping their with skills in managing digital products and strategies.
