Patricio Arostegui began their work experience in 2005 at Charlie Browns Acquisition corp as a Help Desk Support, responsible for troubleshooting POS equipment, PC systems, and providing help desk support for users in office and 86 restaurant locations. In 2010, they joined Doherty Enterprises as an IT Manager, overseeing Active Directory administration, Sonic Wall, remote store Point of Sale systems, and daily help desk support. Patricio later advanced to Senior IT Manager and eventually became the Director of IT in July 2021.

Patricio Arostegui obtained a Certificate in Network Systems Administrator from The Cittone Institute in 2004. Patricio then went on to earn an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Essex County College from 2006 to 2008.
