Amy Bawden has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a General Accountant at The Walt Disney Studios in 1989. Amy then progressed through various finance-related positions within The Walt Disney Company, including Manager of Finance and Vice President of Finance & Administration. In 2005, they took on a Treasurer role on the Board of Directors for Women Chefs & Restaurateurs. Amy also served on the Advisory Board for The Teen Project, providing financial and program development support. In 2010, they became a Court-Appointed Special Advocate at CASA of Orange County, advocating for abused and neglected children. Amy became Chief Financial Officer at Doing Good Works in 2017, after serving as a Career Architect for the organization since 2014. Additionally, Amy became the Board Chair for Youth Mentoring in 2015.
Amy Bawden earned a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship & Change from Pepperdine University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from San Diego State University, studying from 1984 to 1988.
