Erick Perez

Erick Perez is an experienced professional in guest services management, currently serving as the Guest Services Manager at Dolby Theatre since September 2021, where oversight of Front of House services has led to successful events including the Academy Awards and Broadway shows. Prior to this, Erick held the position of Senior Manager of Guest Services and Parking at AEG/Dignity Health Sports Park from April 2009 to September 2021, managing diverse large-scale events at a 27,000-seat venue. Earlier in career, Erick worked as a Client Liaison at Bank of America from January 2004 to January 2009, facilitating communication between the loan department and clients for various mortgage loans. Erick holds an Associate of Arts degree in Economics from Los Angeles Valley College.
