Heidi Keating has over two decades of experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Category Manager at Dole & Bailey Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Heidi worked at Dole & Bailey as a Buyer for Specialty Foods from May 2002 to January 2022, where responsibilities included order assembly, vendor negotiation, and inventory management. Earlier culinary experience includes positions as a Cook at Yanks Restaurant and Red Raven's Restaurants, focusing on food preparation, plating, and kitchen sanitation. Heidi holds a degree in Hospitality from Endicott College, earned between 1998 and 2002, and graduated from Danvers High School in 1998.
