Sam Lindsey

Sam Lindsey currently serves as the Director of Product Development & Innovation at Dole Sunshine Company, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Sam held positions including Senior Director of Commercialization and Research & Development at Bolthouse Farms and Evolution Fresh, managing diverse teams focused on product and packaging R&D across the beverage and salad dressing sectors. With experience at Starbucks as a Senior Manager in Research & Development, Sam was instrumental in establishing commercialization and specification management systems. Earlier career stages included various roles at Conagra Brands and formative educational experiences at Michigan State University, where Sam contributed as a teaching assistant and intern. Sam earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Michigan State University.
