Yasmina M. has a wealth of experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Yasmina began their career in 2008 as an HR Assistant at Européenne d'Embouteillage pour Orangina Schweppes, where they were responsible for implementing the annual Training Plan and maintaining relationships with internal and external training providers. In 2009, they moved to Epitech Recrutement as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, where they developed client portfolios in various industries and sectors, conducted interviews, and handled agency administration. From 2011 to 2022, Yasmina held the role of Talent Acquisition Expert at RX France, where they worked closely with Management to define objectives and needs regarding resources and built digital talent acquisition/employer branding strategies. Most recently, they have been a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dolead since 2022, where they help clients achieve sustainable customer growth and strengthen their brands.

Yasmina M. obtained their Masters degree in Cross-Cultural Human Resources Management from Universit\u00e9 Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Semester Abroad at the University of Aleppo, Syria, in 2007, where they studied Classical arabic, Syrian dialect, Economics and Law.
