Ronald Drogan has a wealth of experience in the logistics and transportation industries. Ronald began their career in 1990 as a Regional Senior Director at Bridge Terminal Transport, where they held multiple progressive management roles. During their time there, they led the transformation of the company into one of the largest international container logistic companies in the world, increasing revenue from $220M to $600M (+172.7%) annually. In 2008, Drogan became Chief Operating Officer and Equity Partner of CrossGlobe Transport, Ltd. There, they led the turnaround of the acquired commercial transportation logistics and warehousing division of a publicly traded company for PE ownership, expanding revenue from $12M to $45M (+275%) and organizing the successful sale of the company in 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Drogan served as President of Red Classic Transportation Services, LLC, where they led the transformation of a small private fleet to create one of the Top 100 largest for-hire transport companies in the US. During this time, they grew revenue from $60M to $400M (+566%), increased profitability by 300%, and achieved recognition for performance as a Charlotte Observer CEO of the Year. From 2017 to 2019, they were CEO and Equity Partner of Niche Logistics, a portfolio company of Integris Capital Partners. There, they set the strategy and designed the infrastructure to create an independent ecommerce, distribution & logistics company from the ground up and achieved key growth and performance objectives. Ronald doubled the size of the warehouse business, created an e-commerce division that increased revenue by 200%, and developed a non-asset freight brokerage company that achieved 35% year-over-year growth. In 2021, Drogan became Chief Operating Officer of Indo Count Industries Limited, where they led a comprehensive change effort, developed US-based manufacturing capabilities, and drove performance for the North American division of an India-based textile manufacturer. Currently, they are Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Fulfillment.
Ronald Drogan completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilkes University. In 2006, they were awarded the Managing Corporate Resources Certification from IMD.
