Michelle Latham

Michelle Latham has extensive experience in employee benefits, currently serving as the Senior Director of Benefits at Dollar General since April 2021. Prior roles within Dollar General include Director of Benefits and Senior Benefits Manager, contributing to the company's benefits strategies from November 2010 to the present. Michelle holds a Group Benefits Associate Certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of Business, as well as Series 6 and 63 Licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers. Educational background includes attendance at Middle Tennessee State University.
