Carol Perdic

Carol Perdic is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dollar Tree Stores since June 2022, Carol previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Pandora and Regional Human Resources Manager for Canada at Paradies Lagardère. Prior to these roles, Carol was the Director of Human Resources for North America at Payless ShoeSource, where responsibilities included managing the HR function for stores, and also served as Human Resources Manager. Carol's career began at Cotton Ginny as Senior Human Resources Manager and includes tenure as Human Resources Director at Tabi International.
