Donna Dolfe

Donna Dolfe serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and People Operations at Dollar Tree Stores since May 2022, leading initiatives in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, People Technology, and Change Management. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Head of Talent at Mountaire Farms from April 2021 to May 2022, overseeing talent strategies for one of the largest poultry companies in the United States. Donna's experience also includes serving as Sr. Director of Talent at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing over 85 staff and a $50 million budget. A significant portion of Donna's career was spent at Sears Holdings Corporation, where various roles included Director of Executive Talent Acquisition and Sr. Manager of Strategic Sourcing. Earlier career positions included HR Generalist roles at Walmart and other management roles at Sun Oil Company and ExxonMobil.
