Steve Terry has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Dollar Tree Stores since June 2011, Steve has previously held significant roles such as Director of Compensation & Benefits and Director of Benefits. Prior to Dollar Tree, Steve worked at Bank of America from March 2002 to May 2011 as Benefits Executive and Manager of HR Finance, and at Genuine Parts Company in health care planning. Steve's career began at Towers Perrin as an Associate from April 1996 to August 2000. Steve earned a BS in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University from 1991 to 1993 and also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1990.
