Nader Ghaemmaghami

Nader Ghaemmaghami has a solid background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership positions. From 2021, they have been working as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Dolls Kill. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at National Underground Group from 2017 to 2020, where they oversaw various HR functions and managed a team of ten staff members. Before that, they established and led their own HR consulting and direct hire placement firm called RecruitX from 2008 to 2017. Nader played a crucial role in client expansion and achieved a high fill-rate for talent acquisition. In 2004, they served as a Branch Manager and Regional HR Leader at Alliance Bancorp, where they successfully launched two wholesale mortgage banking divisions and significantly increased revenue. Nader's early career includes their role as HR Department Head and Executive Director of Human Resources at Phenomenex from 1995 to 2004. There, they built the HR department from scratch, managed various HR functions, and supported company growth.

Nader Ghaemmaghami holds a Master of Arts degree in Economic with a field of study in International Business from the University of San Francisco. Nader also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a field of study in Micro/Macro Economics from Boston University. In addition, they have acquired additional certifications, including "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" and "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" from LinkedIn. Nader is also a California Real Estate Licensee certified by the California Department of Real Estate.
