Dhafer al Ahbabi

Dhafer Al Ahbabi has been with Dolphin Energy since August 2008, starting as an HR Officer and progressing to roles such as Sr. Talent Management Specialist and Sr. HR Business Partner. Currently, Dhafer serves as Manager Nationalization, Recruitment & MP Planning, with previous experience as Assistant Manager Human Resources. Dhafer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and completed the CIPD Qualification in HR Practice in 2013.
