Paula Ângelo has extensive experience in marketing and sales roles. Paula started their career in 1991, working for various multinational and major Portuguese companies in marketing and sales lead positions. In 2006, they joined L'ORÉAL PORTUGAL - ACTIVE COSMETIC where they served as a Senior Brand Manager and Digital, responsible for developing brand equity and creating integrated marketing plans. Paula managed brand portfolios, conducted market and competitor analysis, implemented new product launches, and handled budget and pricing strategies. Paula also worked closely with sales teams, trade marketing, and international headquarters. Paula left the company in 2014. In 2018, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Dom Pedro Hotels.
Paula Ângelo attended Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões from 1993 until 1997, where they studied PR & Advertisement. Later, they pursued a degree in Marketing and International Businesses at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 1998 to 2000. In 1999, Paula attended Babson College in Boston, USA, specializing in E-commerce Business for a brief period of time.
