Eduard Babayan

Eduard Babayan is an experienced professional in retail credit risk management, currently serving as the Head of Direction for Retail Credit Risks at DOM.RF Bank since September 2020, where responsibilities include the development and management of decision-making rules for credit applications. Previously, Eduard held the same title at DOM.RF Bank from February 2018 to January 2020, and served as a Leading Portfolio Manager at VTB24 from March 2016 to February 2018, focusing on approval and credit limit policies. Eduard's earlier roles include Project Manager at Rosgosstrakh Bank and Chief Analyst at Renaissance Credit, overseeing risk reporting and credit risk models. Eduard began the professional journey at Parexel as a Statistical Programmer and managed IT projects at New Service Technologies. Eduard holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Modeling from the Higher School of Economics and a Specialist degree in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
