Yury Smyk

Yury Smyk is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Head of Data Science at DOM.RF Bank since March 2021. Previously, Yury held positions as a Data Scientist at Cleverdata, focusing on projects for S7 Airlines involving churn prediction and online recommendation models, among others. Yury's expertise extends to telecommunications through work at AT Consulting, where contributions included data and quantitative analysis, predictive modeling, and KPI dashboards. Additional experience includes a role at the Ministry of Defence, specializing in clustering and classification, and as a SAP BI Consultant at Gazprom Automatization, where Yury was responsible for business intelligence processes, data flow management, and performance tuning. Yury holds a Master's degree in Information Business Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, and Material Working from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
