Orphée Blanchard has worked in the field of molecular biology, neuroscience, and oncology for over a decade. In 2009, they began their journey as a Bachelor student in molecular biology/neurosciences at UPRES EA3143. Orphée then moved to Inserm in 2009 as a Master student in Neurosciences. In 2011, they continued their studies at Inserm as a PhD student in molecular biology/neurosciences/oncology. In 2015, Blanchard became a Postdoctoral Fellow OncoImmunology at Institut Curie. In 2017, they joined Sanofi as a Senior Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow OncoImmunology. Most recently, in 2020, Blanchard was appointed as the Head of Innovation and Immunology group at DOMAIN Therapeutics.
Orphée Blanchard's education history includes a Bachelor Degree from Angers University from 2006 to 2009 in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Physiology. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Strasbourg University and obtained a Joint Master in Neurosciences. Orphée then pursued a PhD in Life and Health Sciences at the PhD School in Strasbourg from 2011 to 2014. Finally, in 2016, they attended the Wellcome Genome Campus in Cambridge, UK and obtained a certification in Immunophenotyping: Generation and Analysis of Immunological Datasets.
