Kevin Schlachter

Kevin M. Schlachter is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as the Director of National Sales at Nicolas-Jay Estate since January 2020, Kevin is responsible for managing allocations and shipments of boutique Pinot Noir and Chardonnay while exceeding distribution objectives. Previously, Kevin held positions at Kobrand Corporation as Regional Sales Manager, focusing on sales strategies across the Pacific Northwest, and at The Wine Group as Division Sales Manager. Kevin also held leadership roles at Young's Market Company, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing significant sales teams and managing diverse wine portfolios. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon between 1991 and 1993.
