Eva Karlsson

Eva Karlsson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President EMEA and EVP and Head of Group Operations at Dometic since September 2018, Eva also holds a board member position at NIBE AB since May 2022 and previously served on the board of ITAB Group from May 2020 to May 2022. Prior to Dometic, Eva was President of the Pedestrian Door Business Area at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and held various managerial roles within the company from 2004 to 2018. Earlier career roles include positions at FOSS, KNAPP, and ABB, where Eva developed expertise in project management, supply chain operations, and quality assurance. Eva's educational background includes studies at IMD and Chalmers University of Technology, along with a degree from Nicholai School Helsingborg, Sweden.
