Melissa Gilboy

Melissa Gilboy has over 20 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Melissa is currently the Vice President Human Resources for the Americas Segment at Dometic, where they are responsible for driving HR strategies and supporting business objectives. Prior to Dometic, Melissa worked at Brightstar Corp. for 18 years, serving as the VP of US&C Human Resources and leading HR initiatives at both regional and global levels. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and organizational transformation. Melissa's experience also includes a previous role at Motorola in human resources.

Melissa Gilboy has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bradley University. Before college, Melissa attended Tremper High School.
