Megha Singh

Megha Singh has extensive experience in human resources. Megha started their career as an HR Assistant at Ballston Common Mall in 2005. In 2007, they worked as an HR Specialist at DDC for a brief period. Since 2008, Megha has been associated with Dominion Electric Supply Company, Inc., where they have held multiple roles. Megha progressed from an HR Generalist III to a Human Resources Manager and is currently serving as the Human Resources Director. Their responsibilities have included developing and implementing HR policies, hiring staff, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing FMLA leaves and Workers Compensation claims, administering benefit plans, advising managers on disciplinary procedures, conducting seminars and organizing wellness programs.
