Jenny Buck

Jenny Buck, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Dominion Energy since July 2016. In this role, Jenny supports the Customer Service organization, including the Columbia Contact 24/7 call center, by engaging with employees and leadership to provide HR support and direction. Previously, Jenny worked at Verizon Wireless as a Consultant - HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included conflict resolution and organizational development in a large call center. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Windstream Communications and Alltel Wireless, focusing on employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and implementing corporate HR initiatives. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Winthrop University.
