Regina Elbert

Regina Elbert is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dominion Energy since May 2011. Prior to this role, Regina held various positions in the legal field including Deputy General Counsel - Litigation, Labor and Employment. Regina also has experience as an Associate at McGuireWoods and as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice Leroy R. Hassell, Sr. at the Supreme Court of Virginia. Regina holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
