Chris Pepper has a background in senior living operations and management, with experience as an Operations Specialist at Dominion Senior Living since July 2018. Currently serving as the Campus Executive Director at Everlan By Dominion, Chris has held various leadership roles in the senior living industry, including Executive Director positions at Premier Senior Living, Emeritus, and Assisted Living Concepts. Graduating from Lander University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, Chris has a strong educational foundation to support their career in the senior living sector.
