Saundra M. Ward

Saundra Ward has extensive experience in the human services field, currently serving as the State Director of Waiver Services at Dominion Care since July 2015, where previous roles included Assistant Director, Operations Manager, Service Coordinator, and Direct Support Professional. Prior to this, Saunders held the position of Assistant Manager and Group Home Manager at PEOPLE LLC from June 2011 to January 2015. Additionally, Saundra worked as a Residential Counselor II at the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board from July 2002 to June 2011 and as a Residential Counselor I at Childhelp® from August 1999 to May 2002. Saundra earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Germanna Community College.
