Cam Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cam started their career at Franklin Covey in 1992 as an Online Marketing Manager, and then moved on to MyFamily.com in 1999 as an Ecommerce Manager. In 2002, they joined Dynix as an Electronic Marketing Communications Manager, where they managed the company's website content and architecture.

In 2004, Cam joined Omniture, where they held various roles including Senior Best Practices Consultant, Best Practices Group Manager, and Consulting Marketing Manager. Cam was responsible for hiring, supervising, and training digital marketing and web analytics consultants. Cam also developed operational processes and packaged and promoted consulting services.

Continuing with their career at Omniture, Cam moved to Omniture an Adobe Company in 2009 as a Consulting Marketing Program Manager. Cam developed systems to capture, price, package, and promote consulting service offerings while coordinating with diverse businesses within the company.

In 2011, Cam joined Adobe as a Consulting Marketing Programs Manager, leading global consulting services package production and promotion initiatives. Cam then became the Global Services Product Manager, responsible for driving best practices and increasing customer success.

Cam joined Domo, Inc. in 2015 as a Sr. Program Manager and later took on the role of Sr. Manager, Automation and Scale. Cam drove innovation programs that led to faster and more repeatable customer success. Cam's latest role at Domo is the Business Success Director, where they focus on cross-team coordination and deployment of incremental solutions to drive business success, particularly through the OKR program based on the Domo Goals solution.

Cam Barnes obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, a pursuit that lasted from 1982 to 1989. Cam later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Marketing from Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1992.
