Nathalie Dompé

Nathalie Dompé is the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Dompé, leading market development and strategic positioning for new drug launches in the United States since February 2012. In addition to executive roles, Nathalie serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Philogen S.p.A., Movendo Technology, and the Dompé Foundation, which supports young researchers through scholarships. Additionally, Nathalie holds the position of CEO at Dompé Holdings, a diversified holding company in Europe. Previous experience includes a role as a Sales Executive at Microsoft and board positions with Bonifiche Ferraresi and SIS - Società Italiana Sementi. Nathalie Dompé holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi and a Foundation Degree in Theatre from the University of the Arts London.
