Pierre Cote

Pierre Cote is a seasoned database professional with over 35 years of experience in database administration and management. Currently serving as a Senior Database Analyst at Domtar since November 2022, Pierre has an extensive background, including a 25-year tenure at British American Tobacco as the sole DBA for Imperial Tobacco Canada, overseeing over 20 production and 30 development systems with applications such as SAP and SIEBEL. Prior experience includes roles at Air Canada as a Senior Database Administrator and at CGI as a Principal Consultant, where Pierre managed various enterprise-level projects. Pierre began the career at Petromont, contributing to establishing an IT department, and holds a DEC in Information Systems from CEGEP - Lionel Groulx.
