Lenora Hernandez, PHRca®, CPSP™, has a extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in managerial roles. Lenora began their career in 2007 as an Investor Relations Manager at Meade Instruments Corp. From 2009 to 2018, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company. Lenora then progressed to the position of Human Resources Director from 2018 to 2021. Following this, Lenora joined Meade Acquisition Corp. in 2021 as a Human Resources Director. Their latest role is with Don Roberto Jewelers, where they currently hold the position of Human Resources Director since November 2022.

Lenora Hernandez, PHRca®, CPSP™, has completed their education and certification in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, California Labor at the HRCI® Institute. Lenora obtained their Professional in Human Resources, California® (PHRca®) degree from this institution. Additionally, they have acquired expertise in 3(16) Plan Fiduciary - ERISA-Qualified Retirement through the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP™) program offered by the Plan Sponsor Council of America.

Lenora has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Lenora completed a course titled "How to Manage a Remote Team" from Coursera in November 2020. Moreover, they obtained the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in May 2020. Furthermore, Lenora received the Professional Human Resources - California (PHRca®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2019.
