Abby Webber is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Emerging Talent Programs at Donaldson since April 2023, Abby previously held several roles at Land O'Lakes, Inc., including Senior Recruiter for the MBA Program and Senior Recruiter, where support was provided for hiring professional, management, and executive-level candidates for the Purina Animal Nutrition and Winfield Solutions teams. Abby's experience also includes a role as a Recruiter at Target and a Staffing Consultant position at Express Employment Professionals. Abby earned a BA in Communications and International Business from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2007.
