Heidi Williams

Heidi Williams has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Heidi most recently worked as a Principal Project Manager at Donaldson starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Emerson Automation Solutions, including Strategic Sourcing Manager, Global Logistics Manager for Actuation Technologies, and North America Logistics Manager. Heidi also worked at Emerson Process Management, Rosemount Nuclear, as a Materials Manager and Supervisor for Global Customer Care in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Before their time at Emerson, Heidi served as a Logistics Officer in the Minnesota Army National Guard and began their career as a Real Estate Agent at Remax Business. Heidi also worked as an International Customer Support Administrator at Rosemount Emerson Process Management. Throughout their career, Heidi has gained experience in project management, strategic sourcing, logistics, materials management, customer service, and leadership.

Heidi Williams earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2013. Heidi also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained between 1989 and 1994.
