Lisa Evans (MBA) has a diverse range of work experience in sales and business development. Lisa has held various positions in different companies, starting from their role as a Sales Representative at Pella Windows & Doors (2004-2006). Lisa then progressed to National Sales Account Manager at Donaldson (2007-2008), where they drove business development for high-profile customers. Lisa then became a Senior Strategic Account Manager (2008-2014), responsible for sales accountability and overseeing global key sales policies. Their next role was as a Global Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts (2014-2018), where they achieved profitable sales growth domestically and globally. Lisa then served as a Global Sales Manager - Aerospace and Defense (2018-2019), managing sales executives and driving business acquisition. In their most recent position as Global Director - Defense at Donaldson (2019-present), they lead defense business development and engineering teams to execute new development programs and increase profitability. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
