Paul Hardcastle

Paul Hardcastle, CSP, CIT, EMT, currently serves as the EHS Manager at Donaldson since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Firefighter/EMT at the Rochelle Fire Department from November 2015 to January 2020 and at the Ogle/Lee Fire Protection District from May 2012 to October 2019. Paul Hardcastle also held positions as Safety Manager and Production Manager at Hormel Foods from February 1994 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, Paul served as Military Police in the US Army from October 1984 to August 1987. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Technology/Technician from Northern Illinois University and an Associate's of Science in Pre-Engineering from Kishwaukee College.
