Jeff Baldwin

Jeff Baldwin has a diverse work experience in the real estate and restaurant industries. Jeff started their career as the Vice President of RS Garek Associates, where they specialized in land assemblage, development, sales, and leasing of commercial real estate developments. Jeff also provided management functions for sales associates and was active in CCIM and real estate network communities. In 2002, they joined The Wendy's Company as the Director of Real Estate, where they worked on the expansion of the Tim Hortons US brand under the Wendys umbrella. Jeff played a key role in completing several new build Tim Hortons/Wendys combo restaurants and collaborated extensively with Wendys corporate support until 2006. Jeff then joined Tim Hortons as the Senior Development Director USA, overseeing the brand's development in the United States until 2015. Since 2015, Jeff has been working at Donatos Pizza as the VP of Development and Franchising, responsible for overseeing restaurant growth through franchise sales, real estate development, design, construction, and remodels. With nearly 500 locations across the US, Donatos is focused on growing its franchise restaurant footprint and maintaining its premium thin crust pizza image.
