James Perry Mih McMi

James Perry MIH MCMI is an experienced venue manager currently serving at Doncaster Racecourse and Exhibition Centre since December 2023. Previously, James held the position of Head of Food & Beverage at the National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena Nottingham from July 2018 to December 2023, overseeing retail, hospitality, and staffing operations, and successfully managing events and the introduction of new venues. James has also worked as a Catering Manager for both Sodexo and Elior Services, managing multi-site operations with significant annual turnovers. Additional experience includes serving in the British Army with the UK Ministry of Defence and operating a Covid-19 Mobile Testing Unit with G4S. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Accountancy from the University of Lincoln.
