Dmitrii Rivkin

Dmitrii Rivkin is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership and business management. As the Founder and CEO of Done since January 2016, Rivkin has successfully increased the annual turnover to $150 million, collaborated with renowned brands such as Scheucher and DeWALT, and expanded operations into new markets, specifically Poland in 2022, while maintaining a 0% default rate among customers. Prior to this role, Rivkin served as CEO and Managing Partner of a logistics and expeditions company, where a Kyiv branch was established, achieving high profitability and a cumulative turnover exceeding $100 million within a few years. Rivkin holds an MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a Master's degree in Management from Odesa Humanitarian University.
