Carmen Hasenknopf

Carmen Hasenknopf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, product management, and governance, currently serving as a Product Owner and ESG Specialist at Donkey Republic since July 2017. Carmen has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Client Success and Account Management, and has been a proactive member of the management team while overseeing a diverse portfolio of key accounts and managing public tender processes. Previously, Carmen gained valuable experience through internships at the German Embassy in the Dominican Republic, Forschungsstätte der Evangelischen Studiengemeinschaft, and the German Institute for Global and Area Studies. Carmen's academic background includes a Master's degree in Global Development, a Bachelor's in Romance Languages, and ongoing studies in Outdoor Life and Nature Education at the University of Copenhagen.
