Joe Hanlon

As Wheels Donlen’s Corporate Chief Financial Officer, Joe Hanlon oversees Corporate Finance, Accounting, Credit, Risk Management, Tax, Reimbursement Operations, Internal Controls, Compliance and Treasury. Joe is a business leader who brings creativity and an engaging leadership style to provide strategic solutions.

Prior to joining Wheels Donlen in 2022, Joe was BMO’s Chief Financial Officer for the US Personal and Commercial Banking units. In that capacity Joe led the finance team in support of the Personal and Commercial finance teams for planning, stress testing, and business decision making. Prior to his time at BMO, Joe had a 25+ year career with GE and GE Capital, where he held a series of roles of increasing responsibility culminating in several GE Capital divisional CFO roles in the equipment and commercial lending space.

Joe earned his BS degree in Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, he is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
