Andrew Schmidt is a seasoned strategic advisor, currently leading Andrew J Schmidt LLC since November 2021, focusing on enhancing impact-driven initiatives for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. As a visionary at Core Roofing + Solar, a company co-founded in 2001, Andrew prioritizes an employee-centric approach to create exceptional roofing services. In addition, Andrew serves as a partner at Water Damage Inc., a disaster mitigation firm, and holds key leadership roles such as board member at the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce and chair of the board at The Other Side Academy. With prior experience on various boards, including the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and the Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute, Andrew has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement and support.
