Rikita Mohamed

Rikita Mohamed is an experienced property manager currently serving at Avenue5 Residential since March 2024, having previously held multiple property management roles within the company from November 2021 to July 2023 and at Coastal Ridge Real Estate from July 2023 to March 2024. As the owner of Glori Amor Legacy LLC since September 2017, Rikita has also built a successful modeling career, working with Eden Talent Agency and Donna Baldwin Agency since February 2016 and September 2014, respectively. Rikita's prior experience includes positions as Community Manager at Greystar and Apartment Management Consultants LLC, and as Lease Up Business Manager at Alliance Residential Company. Rikita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently an MBA candidate at Colorado State University.
