Beena J.

Beena J. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beena began their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at Lucent Technologies and later joined Avaya in the same role. In 2004, they worked briefly as a Software Engineer at Clever Oak before moving on to United Healthcare and NJM Insurance Group as a Sr. Programmer Analyst and Software Engineer, respectively. In 2006, Beena joined Citigroup as a Sr. Programmer Analyst and also worked at ETS as a Sr. Analyst. In 2007, they started working as a Sr. Software Engineer at Donoma Software and transitioned to roles including Solutions Architect and Director of Product Development. Beena is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Donoma Software. Additionally, Beena is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council and a CX Advisory Board Member at Ithaca College.

Beena J. completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering Trivandrum. Beena later pursued their Master's degree in Computer & Information Science at Temple University from 1998 to 1999.
