John Florkey

John Florkey is an experienced developer and engineer with a diverse background in programming, database management, and process engineering. Currently serving as a Developer at DonorDrive since March 2021, John focuses on ColdFusion and JavaScript for feature development of a fundraising platform. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Programmer Analyst at Speedway LLC, where John led the design and development of a fuel accounting module. John's career began in process engineering, evolving to Director of Administration at Hohman Plating & Mfg., LLC, where John established the first IT department. John's technical expertise was further developed during tenures at IBM and Seagate Technology, with a strong educational foundation in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
