Eunice Cho

Director, Talent Management at DonorsChoose

Eunice Cho has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Teacher of Social Studies at the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District until 2014. Following this, they became a Teacher of History at Passaic Public Schools through Teach For America from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they joined United Way of New York City as a Summer Strategy Fellow and created a framework to scale their ReadNYC efforts. Then, they transitioned to Teach For America as a Director of Programs, where they provided consultative support to TFA New York's Bronx leaders and implemented coaching and leadership development programs. Eunice's next role was at the Vera Institute of Justice as a Manager of Learning & Development from 2020 to 2022, where they built the talent development function from scratch. Eunice subsequently worked at Bonusly as a People Partner & Talent Development Programs Lead, responsible for talent development strategy, performance management, and HR partnership for half of the company's employees. Currently, Eunice is the Director of Talent Management at DonorsChoose, starting in 2023.

Eunice Cho completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside from 2007 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 2009, they had the opportunity to study International/Global Studies at Yonsei University for a brief period. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education at Biola University from 2010 to 2012.
